Ashley Patti’s energy and enthusiasm are the first things you notice about her. She’s a problem solver who doesn’t mind going out of her way to help a customer.

“Having worked in various service roles, I realize most people just want to be heard,” says Ashley. “I aim to provide the solution that works for them, not the one that’s easiest for me.”

Ashley joined National Insurance Services of Wisconsin, Inc. (NIS) as a Billing Representative, and has moved on to positions as an Underwriting Assistant and a Sales Administrative Assistant. Now as a member of the Client Relations team, Ashley specializes in Life and Disability Insurance for Wisconsin school districts and municipalities.
