Rick Labian - Regional Vice President

Rick Labian lives by the Golden Rule – he is guided by what is best for his clients, and treats others as he would like to be treated. Rick joined National Insurance Services in 1990 as a Corporate Service Representative, quickly rising to a position in Sales. Now as Regional Vice President, he continues to meet with clients regularly, making sure they understand the products and that their needs are met.

Rick is a licensed Insurance Representative, specializing in Life Insurance, Disability Insurance and Investment products for school districts, cities and counties in Michigan, New Hampshire, New Jersey and Ohio. He also manages sales teams based in Michigan, Indiana and Pennsylvania.

Jeremiah Shrack - Sales Representative

Jeremiah Shrack, a Business Marketing graduate from Indiana Wesleyan University, is a licensed insurance agent with a background in software sales. His energetic attitude, focus on communication, commitment to professional growth and ability to customize solutions led to a number five ranking out of 500 employees in his past position. Jeremiah is excited to bring his skill and enthusiasm to public sector organizations in Michigan.

Mary Sugg - Field Service Representative

Mary Sugg, licensed insurance agent and Field Service Representative, lives by the Golden Rule, behaving toward others as she would want to be treated. Mary knows how to genuinely listen and prioritize her client’s needs over all other competing tasks.

Mary joined National Insurance Services as Field Service Representative in 2004, after 6 years in the financial services industry and 7 years in direct sales where she received top 10 recognition several times. Her hard work, loyalty, organizational skills and ability to juggle multiple priorities has been both appreciated and admired by her customers. Mary specializes in Life and Disability Insurance, as well as 403(b) services in Michigan. Mary is located in our Sterling Heights, MI office.

Lisa Clark - Field Service Representative

Lisa Clark makes her customer’s concerns her priority, which is why she achieved a perfect 100% customer satisfaction rating over the past 10 years. Raised by two educators, Lisa is excited to bring her expertise to public sector organizations because she understands first hand, the value of education and public sector benefits.

Lisa joined NIS (National Insurance Services) in 2009 with 19 1/2 years of experience in the insurance industry. She provides field support through in-person client visits where she answers questions and addresses any administrative issues. Lisa specializes in Life and Disability Insurance for school districts, cities and counties in Indiana, Michigan and Ohio.

Polly Ross - Corporate Service Representative

Pauline (Polly) Ross, 18-year insurance industry veteran, is a solution-focused client advocate. Polly goes the extra mile by building strong relationships with her clients, assuring them that she is always in their corner. Customers have come to rely on her skills in getting to the root cause of an issue, analyzing the entire situation and determining a solid plan of action.

Polly joined NIS (National Insurance Services) in 1991 as an Underwriter and moved to her current position as Corporate Service Representative in 1995 due to her client loyalty, organizational skills and problem-solving ability. During her tenure as a specialist in Life and Disability Insurance benefits, Polly has worked with almost every NIS region. Currently she provides proposals and new group processing for school districts, cities and counties in New Hampshire, Michigan and Ohio. Polly is located at our Brookfield, WI Corporate Office.
