Stephanie Laudon - Regional Vice President

Stephanie Laudon has experience you can count on. Since 1987, Stephanie has provided public sector organizations with employee benefit solutions and top-notch service. From her first days as a Service Representative to becoming a Regional Vice President, Stephanie has prided herself on being honest and accommodating. She successfully maintains balance with work, family and community.

Stephanie is a licensed insurance representative, specializing in Disability Insurance, Life Insurance, Dental Insurance and Section 125 plans. She serves on boards for the CESA Foundation, National Insurance Company of Wisconsin and the St. Monica Annual Fund.

David Branback - Director, Market Dev Retirement Income

David Branback, Director with NIS (National Insurance Services), has worked with over 212 public sector organizations and is considered an expert in health insurance solutions using Health Reimbursement Arrangements (HRAs) and GASB 43 OPEB Trusts. For the past 9 years David has helped execute over 447 public sector employer plans in 7 states. He was the first to implement HRA plans in the state of Wisconsin beginning in 2002.

With his prior 28 years experience in public education including school finance, David designs solutions with employers in mind. His solutions have features that allow flexibility during negotiations that address both the employer’s and the bargaining unit’s interests

David is a licensed insurance agent and registered financial representative with Series 6, 63 and 65 securities licenses. He often speaks at national, state and regional conferences about his innovative solutions for schools and other governmental organizations.

Ken Zastrow - Sales Representative: Retirement Income

Ken Zastrow, Sales Representative, has been a respected and knowledgeable member of the NIS underwriting team since 2002. Because of his dedication to learning the ins and outs of public sector organizations as well as his sociable personality, Ken was hired as a Sales Representative in 2008.

Now his focus is helping school districts, cites and counties in Wisconsin understand their post-employment benefits, the implications of new benefit applications and the latest methods for reducing Medical Insurance costs. Ken is a licensed insurance agent and registered financial representative with Series 6 and 63 securities licenses.

Sherry Powell - Field Service Representative

Sherry Powell, 30-year veteran Field Customer Service Representative and licensed insurance agent, believes in being direct and honest with her clients. Her personal mission is to be forthright, compassionate, thorough and concise in all her business dealings.

Sherry has provided National Insurance Services’ customers with outstanding customer service since 1995, specializing in Life and Disability Insurance for school districts, cities and counties in Wisconsin.

Lance Pfarrer - Field Service Representative

Lance Pfarrer, licensed insurance agent and Field Service Representative, really “gets it” when it comes to understanding what public sector groups need. Lance joined National Insurance Services in 2001 as a Corporate Service Representative after 4 years in the insurance industry. His loyalty and ability to form positive relationships with his clients earned him a position as a Field Service Representative for the Wisconsin Region in 2008. Doreen Gassaway - Corporate Service Representative
